For sellers, the standard agent commission is typically 1–2% of the sale price. For buyers of resale properties, there is usually no commission payable — the seller's agent shares their commission. For new launch purchases, our service is free to buyers as the developer pays the commission. We are always transparent about fees upfront.
Timelines vary by property type, location, and market conditions. That said, our track record shows consistently fast results — several clients have sold within 8 days of listing. Our YouTube video marketing plays a significant role, generating exposure to thousands of active buyers quickly.
